Decide to Decide

Think about the last time you felt stressed, anxious, fearful or simply stuck. Looking back could you have relieved the stress, anxiety, fear or simply gotten moving by making a decision?

Most times when someone comes to me who is in that uncomfortable place of unknowing when they just make a decision they feel 100% better- immediately!

Indecision causes us to feel icky. We second guess ourselves, run through all the possibilities, and feel out of sorts. Then when we decide we can chart a course and take action.

Action is the solution to feeling overwhelmed. It is as simple as that.

So the question is: where do you feel overwhelmed? What one decision can you make right now?  That feels better doesn’t it?
